MagMaris Ltd. undertake to comply with the regulations governing the field of protection of personal data by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data of the power of Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Law implementing the General Data Protection Regulation, to preserve the confidentiality of all personal data to which we have the right and power of access, contained in the storage systems maintained by the body / company in which we employees and that we will use the same personal information exclusively for a specific (prescribed) purpose.

We also undertake not to supply / make available or otherwise make personally identifiable information to which we have the right and access to third parties, and we undertake to maintain the confidentiality of the same personal data even after the termination of the access to personal data. We are aware that any unauthorized access to personal information that we have the right to access in our work is a violation of our work obligation.

Magmaris Ltd. is committed to providing high quality product and services which meet or exceed the requirements of our customers and other interested parties. As we deal with personal data of seafarers and employees in maritime industries, was crucial to implement and use EU General Data Protection Regulation in every document or process which may deal with sensitive data covered by this policy.

Every candidate – seafarer is explained that the personal data given to MagMaris shal be accurate and true, and that the candidate is in legal possession of the presented qualifications and certificates. Candidate also agree that personal data can be used by Magmaris ltd for employment purposes. Candidates consent is part of employment application form, paper or digital format.
