MagMaris Ltd reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove/edit content at its sole discretion, especially in cases of fraudulent documentation or breach of maritime safety standards.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in town of Šibenik Jurisdiction, Municipal Court in Šibenik or Commercial Court in Šibenik, Croatia.
